Citizen Services Office (CSO)
The Citizen Services Office (CSO) was established to provide citizens with direct and efficient access to the services of the Municipality of Amathounta.
Through the Citizen Services Office, citizens can submit complaints, requests, and suggestions relating to matters within the Municipality's responsibilities, obtain information about available services, and receive timely and reliable assistance.
All requests are recorded, assessed, and forwarded to the relevant municipal departments for review and resolution.
For even faster and more convenient service, citizens can also submit their requests through the Novoville app. The app allows users to attach photos and the exact location of the issue, while also enabling them to track the progress of their request and receive updates at every stage of the process.
