About the Municipality

Discover the Municipality of Amathounta and Its Eight Gems

Germasogeia, Agios Athanasios, Agios Tychonas, Mouttagiaka, Mathikoloni, Akrounta, Finikaria...

These are the eight distinct municipal districts that merged in June 2024 to form the Municipality of Amathounta.

From the coastline to the mountain villages, each area has its own unique identity. Together, they create a municipality defined by vibrant communities, rich character, and a promising future.
