Housing Scheme for the Allocation of Plots to Families Based on Income Criteria

Applications are now open for the Housing Scheme for the Allocation of Plots to Families Based on Income Criteria. The Scheme offers eligible families the opportunity to acquire a plot of land on which to build a home for their own use.

The deadline for submitting applications is 30 November 2026. Interested parties are advised to read the Scheme and the relevant Notice to learn about the eligibility requirements, the areas covered and the supporting documents required.

The Municipality of Amathounta provides information and practical assistance with preparing applications and identifying the required supporting documents. This assistance is informational in nature. Applications will be examined, and eligibility determined, by the Scheme’s competent Committee.

Applications must be duly completed and accompanied by all required information and supporting documents. They must be submitted in person to the Limassol District Administration:

Vragadinou Street, 3040 Limassol
Building E, Offices 84 and 90
Submission hours: 08:00–13:00

Building E is located at the entrance on the Vragadinou Street side.
